  • Upon arrival at the airport our representative will accompany you to complete the corresponding visa process, which does not take more than 10 / 15 minutes. Once the visa is processed, you will be transferred in an exclusive vehicle to the hotel where you will have enough time to rest, take a good shower and enjoy an exquisite dinner (not included). The Hotel menu is International.
  • Breakfast at hotel in Cairo. Then pick up and transfer to the Giza plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world (the great pyramid of Cheops), the visit includes the other Pyramids of Giza (Chephren and Mycerinos), the famous Sphinx and Temple of the Valley, built next to the Pyramid of Chephren.
  • Then continue optionally (recommended) $ 70 dollars with lunch and visit the Necropolis of Saqqara, a complex that UNESCO declared World Heritage of Humanity. Here we highlight the funerary complex of King Zoser and its step pyramid. The latter is the first stone construction erected in the world and symbolizes the evolution of pyramidal construction. In addition you can visit (if time permits) some mastaba, which is the tomb dedicated to the nobles.
  • Also, returning from Saqqara, we will visit the city of Memphis which was the first capital of Egypt during the Ancient Kingdom Memphis, established by King Menes, where you can see the giant statue of Ramses II. Return to hotel and overnight in Cairo.
  • Breakfast at the hotel in Cairo. Visit to the Egyptian Museum, which contains in addition to 100,000 objects, the treasure room of the young King Tutankhamun, along with many other fascinating antiquities.
  • If you want to make an optional excursion of $ 65 will be given the opportunity to visit the Coptic Quarter, an area of the city characterized by being a melting pot of religions in the course of history, where Christians, Jews and Muslims have coexisted. Among its monuments are the Hanging Church, built over the Fortress of Babylon; the Church of St. Sergius, where it is believed that the Holy Family was exiled when fleeing from Herod; and the Synagogue of Ben Ezra, one of the oldest in the country dating from the seventh century.
  • This optional excursion also includes the area of the Citadel of Saladin, a fortress where stands the imposing mosque of Mohamed Ali, which we will visit its interior as well as several museums and gardens that are hidden within its walls.
  • This day we will head to the famous National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. The Museum of Egyptian Civilization was inaugurated in 2017 and has since been enriching its collection with contributions from other museums, such as the famous arrival of the Pharaonic mummies.
  • The building houses a collection that covers all phases of the history of this people. That is, it begins precisely at the dawn of this civilization, in the so-called pre-dynastic and archaic period, until the recent contemporary period. Therefore, it is not only possible to find pieces and objects from the Pharaonic period, but also from other important historical phases, such as the Roman, Coptic and Arab, from the Middle Ages to the present day.
  • The most attractive rooms are undoubtedly those dedicated to the royal mummies that paraded through Cairo in April 2021. This is the case of the kings Seqenenra Taa (XVII Dynasty), Ahmose I (XVIII Dynasty) or Ramses II (XIX Dynasty), as well as the queen-pharaoh Hatshepsut and other monarchs such as Ahmose-Nefertari and Tiye.
  • In the afternoon, and after lunch, we will drive to Fatima Cairo, which UNESCO declared a World Heritage Site. This area was founded in the 10th century as a royal enclosure for the Fatimid caliphs, therefore, it is full of mosques and other Islamic constructions of great historical importance. There you can stroll through the picturesque bazaar of Khan el Khalili, (Do not forget to visit the Café el Fishawi and take a rich mint tea with a delicious Falafel) an ancient trading area of the fourteenth century in which today you can buy all kinds of souvenirs, without forgetting the traditional bargaining. Afterwards we return to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
  • Arrived in Aswan we moved to visit the Unfinished Obelisk, famous for its red granite. Most famously this obelisk is due to Queen Hatshepsut, one of the kings who ruled Egypt in the XVIII dynasty, wife of King Tuthmosis II. Others believe that this obelisk is due to Queen Nefertiti,
  • Optionally (cost $55) we will take a trip to a Nubian Village to see the picturesque life of the indigenous Nubians, their customs and handicrafts.  From the boat we will take a camel ride. Return to the cruise ship, dine like gods or pharaohs and spend the night on board.

Optional tour to Abu Simbel Temple, which was originally carved out of the hillside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramses II in about the 13th century BC, as a lasting monument to himself and his queen Nefertari.  This mountain was cut in more than 5000 parts and the temples moved a little more than 65 meters upwards and 4º backwards when the Aswan High Dam was built and, therefore, the whole valley where today we can enjoy the waters of the second largest artificial lake in the world "Lake Naser" (named after General Naser, president of Egypt at that time). It is worth mentioning that many honeymooners take cruises of several days in this lake.

  • Breakfast on board. Sailing to Kom Ombo. Visit to the Temple of Sobek, an unusual building, completely symmetrical, with two entrances, two halls and two sanctuaries. This is because it is dedicated to two gods: the left side to the falcon god Haroeris (Horus the old or the great) and the right side to Sobek (local divinity with crocodile head).
  • Then we will sail to Edfu. Lunch on board. Transfer by carriage to visit the Temple of Horus, dedicated to Horus, one of the best preserved temples in Egypt and was called Mesen, "The Place of the Harpoon", "The House of Ra". Sailing to Luxor. Dinner and overnight on board. If we have time we will visit the Crocodile Museum.
  • The museum exhibits 22 mummified crocodiles of various sizes, of which forty have been unearthed in the area. The crocodiles are arranged on a sand hill inside a large glass showcase, allowing visitors to see how the crocodiles spent their days in ancient Egypt.
  • Sobek is the ancient Egyptian god of strength and power. Some myths involve Sobek as the creator of the world, and the ancient Egyptians revered him since the Old Kingdom. He gained celebrity status during the Middle Kingdom when King Amenemhat III took a special interest in the crocodile god. This 12th dynasty king gave Sobek a makeover when he merged his likeness with Horus.
  • The people of ancient Egypt worshipped crocodiles while loving and fearing them. They were a symbol of power, virility and fertility. As the crocodile god, Sobek protected the Egyptian army, the pharaohs and the ancient Egyptian people. His strength and courage enabled the Pharaoh to overcome obstacles and also protected him from evil magic. Sobek first appeared in the Old Kingdom and appears as a full crocodile or as a human with a crocodile head. Ancient Egyptians kept crocodiles in pools and temples, gave them delicacies and made jewelry for them. Mummified crocodiles of all ages have been found in tombs, including eggs with fetuses.
  • Breakfast on board. Visit to the Valley of the Kings. This was the place, during the New Empire, where the pharaohs were buried in hypogea. Here were buried the kings of the XVIII, XIX and XX dynasties, as well as some queens, princes, nobles and even animals. We also visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, the unique temple of Queen Hatshepsut (XVIII dynasty), the most monumental of those built in the valley and the only one of its kind in Egypt. Visit the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea. Dinner and overnight on board.
  • The Colossi of Memnon are two gigantic statues of Amenophis III that presided over his funerary temple on the west bank of the Nile at Luxor. The statues, built 3,400 years ago, show the pharaoh calm, with his hands on his knees, looking at the rising sun. On his lower part are sculpted his mother, Queen Mutemwiya, and his wife, Queen Tiy.
  • Breakfast and disembarkation. Visit the Temple of Luxor, which was built during the New Empire. We will also visit the temple of Karnak linked to Luxor by an avenue (dromos) flanked by sphinxes. It was built by two pharaohs fundamentally, Amenhotep III (built the inner area) and Ramses II (finished the temple). Visit to the Temple of Karnak, in ancient Egypt, especially during the New Empire, was the most influential religious center. The main temple was dedicated to the cult of the god Amun, but as in other Egyptian temples also worshiped other divinities.
  • Optional balloon ride to see the temples from the air. Cost 100 dollars
  • Afternoon transfer to Hurghada on the Red Sea. From Luxor to Hurghada is about 3.5 hours by car. Overnight in Hurghada.
